Petite Miette does not guarantee or warrant that the function or operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free. Defects or inaccuracies will be corrected as is reasonably and practically possible. Petite Miette cannot warrant that this site or the server on which it is hosted will be free of viruses. As a user of this site, you agree that such use is at your own risk and that Petite Miette is not responsible or liable for any damages of any kind related to your use or inability to use this website.
Human Error
The content provided herein is “as is.” While we endeavor to always have complete and accurate information available, we cannot guarantee that there will never be mistakes made in some of the information provided on this website. We will certainly make best efforts to correct any inaccuracies that are discovered as soon as possible. Petite Miette reserves the right to cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price. In the event your credit card has already been charged for such a purchase, Petite Miette will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect charge.
Products
Each item in Petite Miette's line is dyed separately using an environmentally friendly process. Therefore, colors may vary slightly from item to item. Further, all products are hand made and thus may contain imperfections that add to their unique character, but should not in any way detract from their superior quality.
Shipping Policy
We will ship all orders as soon as possible after receiving and verifying your order. Generally, shipping for wholesale orders will be within 1 to 3 weeks of placing your order. If it will be longer due to the need to produce more inventory to fill your order, we will notify you immediately. Gift box purchases will ship within 1 to 5 business days of placing your order. Again, if shipping will take longer, we will notify you immediately.
All domestic orders are shipped by FedEx and should arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping.
If you wish to ship internationally, you need to contact us to make the appropriate arrangements. You will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as any taxes, duties, or customs fees and may also be charged a small handling fee depending on the complexity of the order. All shipping charges will include tracking and insurance, but we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the United States. International orders may require additional processing time before being shipped.

Product Availability
We do our best to anticipate inventory needs of our customers and have the appropriate amount of inventory available at all times. However, due to the fact that the organic fabric manufacturing business is still growing, we sometimes experience delays in delivery of the fabrics used in the creation of our products. In the event that we are experiencing a delay in obtaining the raw materials for Petite Miette’s products, we will contact you immediately and work with you to determine the best way for you to receive your merchandise in a timeframe that works for you.
Alteration of Products
Because our products are designed and created with the utmost care and with particular attention to the organic nature of the products, embellishment or alterations of the products in any way is prohibited. If you wish to discuss the options for custom orders, please contact us directly and we will do our best to work with you to accomplish your goals.
Wholesale Policy
Only those retailers who have previously placed orders through our representatives at Karen Alweil Studio are eligible to conduct business with us via our website. In order to set up an online wholesale account, please fill out the application form and either email or fax it to us. Upon approval, you will receive a user name and password that will allow you access to the on-line wholesale store.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you wish to pay by PayPal or check, please contact us.
Because our products are designed and created with the utmost care and with particular attention to the organic nature of the products, embellishment or alterations of the products in any way is prohibited.
With each of our wholesale customers, we hope to develop a friendly and long-term relationship. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your wholesale purchasing experience better.
Return Policy
Products may be returned for exchange only. No refunds will be issued.
If you receive merchandise that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately via email or telephone. We will work with you to get the damaged merchandise replaced as soon as possible. Returns for any other reason must be postmarked within 30 days of the date on the packing slip. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
No returns will be accepted for reasons other than merchandise was damaged in transit or inherent manufacturing defects. We will only accept merchandise for return or exchange that is in its original condition with all original packaging materials.
All returns must be sent to us with tracking information and/or delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for returned items lost or delayed in transit, and will only issue a credit for those items actually returned. Please be sure to include a copy of your packing list so that we can process your return more efficiently.
